Each enrolled employee has unlimited 24/7 access to the physician via a members-only text line for clinical questions, priority appointment scheduling, medication refills, and care coordination (among many other things).
Members receive annual screening physical examinations and tests, including metabolic blood work, anemia profile, lipid panel, EKG, and select vaccines, at no additional cost. These exams take place in-person, at your desired location.
*Annual exams/health maintenance pertain to members 18 years and older.
We provide comprehensive and meticulous care coordination by arranging follow-up referrals to specialized physicians, ensuring prompt scheduling of appointments with specialists, and maintain continuous communication with your primary doctor.
Members can benefit from exclusive access to unlimited telehealth/virtual visits at no additional cost.
Thoughtfully assembled by our ER physician, this comprehensive medical kit includes essential items to empower you in confidently managing your health at home (e.g. pulse oximeter, otoscope, first aid supplies, thermometer, and more).
*Limit 1 kit per individual/employee per year.
All acute/sick visit fees are substantially discounted for members, with each visit fee priced at $175 (valued at $349 for non-members). Services and products provided during the visit are also discounted at 50% (excludes imaging), including labs, procedures, IV therapy, medical devices, etc.
Some services are even $0 for members (e.g. EKG and additional oral medications, among others).
*This applies to both adults and children (3 months of age +) in the household.
Enrolled employees receive exclusive, heavily discounted access to a range of wellness services, including vitamin injections, IV therapy, weight management programs, and additional wellness offerings.
Membership includes in-office or on-site health education seminars and workshops focused on employee wellness, workplace safety, first aid, and CPR training. Additional offerings include health fairs and other workplace wellness events designed to promote a safer, healthier, and more engaged workforce.
Membership includes access to work-specific physicals, DOT exams, and pre-employment physicals, along with all required screening tests to meet job and regulatory requirements.
