With over 12 years of emergency medicine experience, Dr. Balogun is dedicated to bringing patient-centered medical care directly to you. Dr. Balogun completed her medical school and residency training in emergency medicine in Chicago, IL. She obtained her MD from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center. This training has provided her with a strong foundation in acute care, critical decision-making, and patient-centered medicine.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Dr. Balogun is deeply involved in community health events and wellness programs, actively giving back to her community. Those who know her describe her as having a lighthearted and carefree personality, coupled with a firm and intentional approach to her work. In her leisure time, she enjoys gardening and recreational tennis. Identifying as an avid traveler and a self-proclaimed foodie, she finds immense joy in dance parties with her daughters.
