Our mobile preventive care visits prioritize long-term health and wellness—delivered at your preferred location. Whether a one-time exam or annual check-up, each evaluation is personalized to your needs:

• Comprehensive physical exam
• Vision and hearing screening
• Bloodwork for cardiac, metabolic, and diabetes risk
• Coordination of cancer and gynecologic screenings (as applicable)
• Mental health screening
• Lifestyle counseling and health planning
• Referrals and specialty coordination as needed

Preventive visits start at $399. Additional individualized testing (e.g., hormone panels, vitamin levels, EKGs) may incur added fees. All results are reviewed with you, with follow-up care provided as needed.

Virtual tele-health visits provide efficient, comprehensive care for low-acuity conditions such as UTIs, upper respiratory infections, chronic condition management, and medical consultations (including lab review and general health concerns).. The cost of a virtual tele-health appointment is $179.
