We can provide refills for chronic medications. Depending on the specific refill request, it may necessitate either a tele-health consultation or an in-person visit. No. We are considered an out-of-network provider for commercial insurance plans. While we don’t directly accept commercial insurance, most plans have out-of-network benefits for urgent care services. Upon request, we can provide an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (please note that reimbursement is not always guaranteed).
PLEASE NOTE: While our clinical services (evaluation, medication therapy, point-of-care testing, and procedures) are provided on a self-pay basis, laboratory and imaging services may be billed to insurance upon request.
We do not submit billing claims to Medicare since we operate as an out-of-network provider. Additionally, we are not credentialed with Medicare, which means we do not have an official agreement to bill for services covered by Medicare.

You can schedule appointments through this website (scroll down). For the most part, we arrange same-day appointments. Very rarely will appointments need to be scheduled for the next day. We’ll arrive at your location at the designated appointment time, and you’ll be notified in advance if there are any delays due to factors like weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
A comprehensive set of instructions will be given upon booking your appointment. The key points include ensuring easy access to your location, securing any household pets, and selecting a comfortable, spacious area for evaluation and treatment.
We have portable lab equipment to conduct on-site point-of-care testing for your convenience. In cases where more complex lab tests are required, we’ll collect the blood sample and ensure it reaches a certified lab promptly. Through our mobile imaging partner, we offer same or next day X-ray and ultrasound at your location. CT and MRI studies are coordinated at nearby imaging facilities as needed. The results of both lab work and imaging will be managed by us, and we’ll facilitate any necessary follow-ups, referrals, or further management.
Our operating hours are M-F from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mobile appointments requested outside standard operating hours may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, based on physician availability and clinical need.
